Blue Aspirations at 7 | Built to Endure, Driven to Evolve

01 | Seven Years On, Continuously Moving Forward

Over the past seven years, continuous improvement has remained a constant.

Blue Aspirations has continued to move forward—refining our products, validating our technologies, advancing innovation, and strengthening both management and engineering capabilities through real-world projects. Along the way, colleagues across disciplines have developed stronger ways of working together through shared challenges and problem-solving.

As we mark our seventh anniversary, this journey has reached an important technical milestone with international significance. Following independent verification by a globally recognized third-party organization, Blue Aspirations’ Floating LiDAR System has officially achieved Stage 3 — Commercial Stage — under the Carbon Trust Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA) roadmap, the highest maturity level for floating LiDAR wind measurement.

This milestone reflects extensive validation across multiple sea states, sites, and long-term commercial and test deployments. It marks the system’s progression from proven usability to finance-ready commercial application, providing high-quality measurement data to support offshore wind resource assessment, investment decisions, and project financing.

Looking ahead, we will continue to pursue better answers, take on more demanding challenges, and turn new possibilities into real progress.

02 | New Roles, Moving Together

In our day-to-day work, we bring different roles and disciplines together around a shared goal.

For our seventh anniversary, those familiar boundaries were briefly set aside. New team combinations and new tasks gave us the chance to see one another from a different perspective and build fresh ways of working together.

Different roles brought different strengths, but the focus remained the same: keep moving things forward, together.

Collaboration is not about everyone doing the same thing. It is built on trust, mutual reliance, and shared responsibility for the outcome.

03 | Turning Ideas into Deliverables

Turning an idea into a real outcome usually takes repeated testing, validation, and refinement.

In the “Ark Challenge,” teams worked within limited conditions to develop ideas, collaborate, and solve problems along the way—gradually turning an initial concept into a deliverable result.

The process closely reflects how Blue Aspirations approaches product, technology, and engineering challenges in daily work: a good idea is only the beginning. Reliable results come through continuous practice, iteration, and improvement.

Resilience means staying committed to improvement and continuing to move forward, even when challenges arise.

04 | Strength in Different Moments

From teamwork in the kitchen to quick decisions in outdoor challenges and focus on the flying-disc field, each activity gave us a different way to collaborate, communicate, and bring out the best in one another.

The cooking challenge called for coordination and teamwork. The tactical challenge relied on judgment, adaptability, and trust. Flying disc demanded focus, timing, and a strong sense of rhythm as a team.

Different settings, different rules, but the same mindset: to stay engaged, support one another, and work toward a better result.

Outside work, we saw more of the energy and personality behind the team. Back at work, that same trust and understanding continue to strengthen the way we move forward together.

05 | Always Evolving

The activities may last only a day, but the way we work together continues.

The communication, trust, judgment, and collaboration we saw throughout the day also reflect how we have worked over the past seven years.

We continue to refine our products, validate our technologies, and strengthen our engineering capabilities through real-world practice. Progress rarely comes from a single answer. More often, it comes from testing, adjusting, learning, and improving.

To endure is to keep going through difficulty.

To evolve is to keep looking for a better way.

Much has changed over seven years, but some things remain constant: respect for expertise, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the belief that meaningful ideas must ultimately be translated into products, projects, and real-world action.

We are grateful to every member of Blue Aspirations, and to our customers, partners, and friends for the trust and support along the way.

Seven years is a milestone—and a new starting point.

We will keep making our products more reliable, our technologies more robust, and every delivery worthy of the trust placed in us.

Seven years together. Thank you for every step!

Built to endure. Driven to evolve.
