One-Year Measurement Successfully Completed in Southeast Asia

Blue Aspirations has just completed a one-year wind measurement campaign for a project in Southest Aisa. The BA-FLS-NX5 Floating LiDAR System operated continuously for 12 months, achieving an average data availability of 99% with no major system intervention. All key performance indicators exceeded the project's targets, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring and on-time data delivery.

01 | 12 Months of Continuous Operation with Stable System and Data Performance

The project operated continuously for 12 months, carrying out multi-dimensional marine environmental monitoring of wind, waves, currents, and tides. Throughout the year, all monitoring systems maintained high availability, with stable data continuity and availability.

Monitoring of wind data availability at different heights showed stable data transmission across multiple measurement levels from near the sea surface to higher altitudes, providing reliable multi-dimensional data support for wind resource assessment. Current data availability also remained consistently high across different measurement layers, supporting the requirements of marine environmental research and engineering design.

Throughout the operational period, system voltage remained above the safety threshold, while the system position stayed within the defined safe range. The long-term stability of both power supply and positioning provided a solid foundation for continuous monitoring under unattended offshore operating conditions.

02 | Localized Data Management to Continuously Meet Project Security Requirements

In line with the project's data security and management requirements, the system adopted a localized deployment model with controlled management, with all data storage and processing carried out locally at the project site.

Data collection, transmission, storage, and access were managed end to end, supported by edge-side data processing. This safeguarded data quality while consistently meeting the project's requirements for data security, access control, and compliant delivery.

Throughout the project, this data management framework operated continuously and reliably, providing dependable support for data delivery across the full project cycle.

03 | From Stable Operation to Continuous, Reliable Delivery

The delivery of an international offshore project goes beyond equipment deployment. It also encompasses long-term operational support, continuous data acquisition, condition monitoring, quality control, and handover of project results.

Throughout the project, Blue Aspirations maintained stable system operation and continuous data acquisition while completing data processing, quality management, and delivery in accordance with project requirements — closing the loop from offshore deployment to long-term operation, and from data acquisition to final deliverables.

Twelve months of uninterrupted, stable operation and the ongoing acquisition of high-quality data further demonstrated Blue Aspirations' capabilities in engineering implementation, long-term operational support, data management, and continuous delivery for international offshore projects.

Moving forward, Blue Aspirations will continue to build on real-world project experience and long-term operational data, further strengthening its product, data, and engineering service capabilities to provide reliable observation and data support for offshore wind projects worldwide.
