HSE in Action: Blue Aspirations Successfully Conducts 2025 Annual Fire Drill

In line with our commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Blue Aspirations successfully conducted its 2025 annual fire drill on July 15 at the Binjiang office. The event aimed to strengthen employees’ emergency response capabilities and safety awareness while validating the company’s emergency preparedness system.

The drill combined theoretical training, evacuation simulation, and hands-on fire extinguisher practice, serving as a key measure to protect the well-being of our team and enhance workplace safety.

  • Laying the Foundation: Embedding Safety into HSE Culture

Professional instructors from the local fire brigade delivered an in-depth safety lecture, analyzing real fire cases and explaining the “One Knowings, Three Skills, and Four Capabilities” of fire safety. The session enhanced employees’ ability to identify risks and respond effectively within the HSE framework.

  • Emergency Simulation: Improving Evacuation Preparedness

When “simulated smoke” filled the office, the evacuation drill for a mock fire on the 11th floor began. Under the guidance of evacuation leaders, all employees exited via fire escape routes in an orderly fashion and gathered at the emergency assembly point for a headcount. The drill demonstrated strong teamwork and emergency coordination.

  • Practical Skills: Everyone Trains for Initial Fire Response

With step-by-step guidance, employees practiced the proper use of fire extinguishers using the “Lift, Pull, Aim, Press” method. Teams also engaged in oil pan fire extinguishing practice to simulate real initial fire situations, ensuring all participants gained hands-on experience and readiness.

  • Integrating HSE Into Daily Practice

The fire drill not only improved emergency response skills but also reinforced company-wide awareness of HSE principles. Blue Aspirations will continue to strengthen its safety culture through regular HSE training, drills, and system enhancements. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Let’s work together to create a healthy, secure, and sustainable work environment.
