Blue Aspirations Successfully Hosts the “China-Brasil Offshore Wind Development Seminar”
On October 13, 2025, Hangzhou Blue Aspirations Technology Co., Ltd. successfully hosted the “China-Brasil Offshore Wind Development Seminar” at its Hangzhou headquarters.
The event brought together representatives from government advisory bodies, research institutes, design institutes, offshore wind developers, port operators, and international certification organizations from both China and Brasil.
Industry experts and company representatives from various sectors—including wind turbine manufacturing, floating offshore wind foundation, transformers, transmission and monitoring systems, energy storage, submarine cables, and LiDAR technology—were also invited to attend, engaging in in-depth discussions on cooperation opportunities and future prospects in the offshore wind sector between the two countries.
During the seminar, multiple speakers from both countries shared insights on offshore wind project practices, technological applications, equipment R&D, and industrialization progress, exploring the latest advancements and collaboration opportunities in renewable energy between China and Brasil.
Chinese participants included PowerChina, Mingyang Smart Energy, and other offshore wind engineering and industrial companies.
From the Brazilian side, representatives from the Governo do Estado do Ceará, Seenemar Governo Rio de Janeiro, and Portos RS, as well as offshore wind developers and research institutions, provided valuable updates on Brasil’s renewable energy development and cooperation prospects.
On October 14, a group of seminar attendees visited Blue Aspirations’ manufacturing base in Qiantang District, where they gained firsthand insights into the company’s R&D, testing, and production processes. Visitors praised the factory’s comprehensive quality management system and efficient production capabilities.
Looking ahead, Blue Aspirations will continue to strengthen international cooperation, leveraging technological innovation to drive the high-quality development of offshore wind power and contribute to the global transition toward clean and sustainable energy.
