Blue Aspirations’ 6th Anniversary
Between 2019 and 2025, Blue Aspirations has experienced steady growth in the offshore wind industry. Celebrating six years of innovation, teamwork, and shared achievements, the team gathered in Zhoushan from August 21 to 23 to mark this milestone and honor six years of growth and collaboration, as we continue to forge ahead toward a brighter, sustainable future.
Chapter 1. Fare forth
On the morning of August 21, everyone donned the 6th-anniversary custom T-shirts and set off for Zhujiajian, Zhoushan, filled with laughter and excitement. As the bus slowly departed, the curtain officially rose on our team-building journey.
Chapter 2. Synergy
Under the blue sky and beside the sparkling sea, four fun and challenging beach activities were in full swing. Some teams moved in perfect sync, showing remarkable coordination, while others fumbled hilariously, bringing laughter to everyone around.
In the “Water Transfer” game, the Yellow Team started slightly slower each time, but with steady performance, they emerged as the winning team. They demonstrated that “slow can be fast”—calmness often outweighs haste, and quality is closer to victory than speed. The “Leakproof” task highlighted the art of teamwork: some rushed to carry water, others skillfully blocked leaks, making the spirit of collaboration tangible and visible.
During the tug-of-war, team members planted their feet firmly, gripped the rope tightly, and gathered immense strength with every shout. The rope connected not only power but also trust and cooperation. Finally, at the Beach Logo Challenge, everyone worked together to create designs inspired by the company logo and name. Every handful of sand and every burst of creativity reflected the same message: we are shaping the company's bright future with our own hands!
Chapter 3. Celebration
The excitement from the competitions had not yet faded when the enticing aroma of grilled food filled the beach—corn, chicken wings, ham, eggplant, etc. Colleagues gathered around the tables, turning the food on the grill while sharing work insights and life stories. Laughter and the scent of delicious food blended into a heartwarming symphony.
As night fell, the bonfire roared to life. Everyone sang, danced, and celebrated together, while brilliant fireworks lit up smiling faces. In this moment, there were no KPIs or deadlines—only pure, unfiltered joy.
Chapter 4. Harvest
The next morning, with the sea breeze in our faces, we set sail to experience the joy of fishing. Out on the vast blue ocean, we embraced nature’s gifts. Guided by professional crew members, colleagues observed and learned the fishing process. As the nets were hauled in, cheers erupted across the deck—every effort rewarded with the delight of a bountiful harvest.
Chapter 5. Exploration
On the final day, everyone enjoyed complete freedom to relax. Some teammates explored the surrounding scenery at Wushitang, while others chose to sit quietly by the deep blue sea, unwinding and recharging. Whether in shared laughter or peaceful solitude, each person created their own precious memories.
